The plot of land is located in the Municipality of Erithrea in the Northern suburbs of Attiki. It was acquired after the year end of 2004, and thus is not included in the valuation conducted by our independent valuers as at December 31, 2004. Large parts of the municipality are residential but currently there is an increasing interest by companies to relocate into these areas along the National Road. The municipality is in close proximity with Kifissia, which is one of the most exclusive residential areas in Athens. The gross surface area of the plot is 10,867.
