During 2007, BVIC had almost 150,000 sqm of lettable area under construction and in its development pipeline, on a total land area of almost 200,000 sqm, including a shopping mall and two projects in the tourist real estate market, both areas in which we are materializing our long-term expansion strategy. The largest project currently under construction is the shopping mall in Votanikos.
